Primary Responsibilities :
  • Deliver patient care in alignment with approved protocols and departmental scope of practice
  • Assist with technical responsibilities under supervision
  • Support unit operations through administrative tasks
  • Promote effective communication among various stakeholders within the unit
Qualifications :
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Completion of Nursing Assistant II training and registration as a Nurse Aide II
  • Ability to engage tactfully with diverse individuals
  • Proficiency in using personal computers, understanding medical terminology, and basic grammar
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a hospital setting and current BLS certification
