About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our Systems and Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming inspections of vendor components to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Inspect and test Acutronic components and systems to verify their quality and performance.
  • Integrate control consoles and rate tables for one, two, and three-axis systems.
  • Install and upgrade systems at customer facilities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct Site Acceptance Test Procedures (SATPs) to verify customer specifications and ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform in-house and field service troubleshooting and repair of equipment as required.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of hydraulic systems and provide expert technical support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone or email to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
Requirements
  • Associate of Science degree in Specialized Technology or Electronics from an accredited college or technical trade school, or equivalent military training.
  • At least 4 years of experience on a Systems or Services Team, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills of electronic and electro-mechanical systems, with knowledge of electrical test equipment such as DVM, Oscilloscopes, Signal Analyzers, Current Meters, Frequency Counters.
  • Ability to travel 25%, possibly more at peak times, domestically; occasional international travel may be necessary.
  • Valid Real ID driver's license and a valid U.S. passport for proof of citizenship when traveling to customer facilities.
