The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in comprehensive joint surgical preservation, including hip arthroscopy, PAO, and pelvic osteotomy techniques. An interest in next-generation techniques, such as robotic-assisted surgery, is also highly desirable. As part of a large adult reconstruction group, the successful candidate will participate in large-scale prospective studies and contribute to clinical trials.

Key qualifications include:

  • A medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Total Joint Replacement
  • An active medical license in Ohio or eligibility for licensure
  • Demonstrated proficiency in relevant surgical techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
  • A commitment to academic medicine is preferred
