We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at Human Landscaping. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leasing apartments at our 250+ unit, Class AA Apartment Community in Gainesville, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
  • Utilize strong sales and marketing skills to lease apartments
  • Work collaboratively with the leasing team to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the community and its amenities

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
  • Previous apartment leasing experience or high-end retail sales experience
  • Ability to work three to four weekends per month
  • Strong sales, marketing, social media, and customer service skills
  • College degree preferred
