Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
  • Manage and analyze financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller or Plant Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
