We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our Perioperative Care team at Mass General Brigham. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of surgical procedures.

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with the perioperative team to coordinate patient care, including pre-operative preparation, intra-operative care, and post-operative recovery.
• Participate in the development and implementation of perioperative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
• Provide education and training to colleagues and students on surgical techniques and perioperative care.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient operating room environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the proper use of equipment and supplies.

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or completion of an accredited surgical technologist training program.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
