About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Clerk to join our team at Apex Dynamics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between HR management, payroll, and employees, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including creating employment contracts and references, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor time management in SAP HR and prepare payroll data for processing.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training and preferably additional certification as an HR specialist.
  • Experience in HR and knowledge of labor and social security law.
  • Excellent adaptability and composure in challenging situations.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to driving change and implementing improvements.
