Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and occupational health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of new and existing patients' medical conditions.
  • Conduct follow-up care and complete all notes in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR), indicating clear treatment plans and procedures performed.
  • Perform thorough health maintenance and well-women exams, providing clear treatment plans to help manage patients' chronic health conditions, wellness goals, and lifestyle changes under the supervision of a licensed physician.
  • Order and interpret lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results, providing health education to patients and families.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of patient care and support staff, maintaining a collaborative relationship with the team.
  • Build and manage relationships with our patient community, ensuring effective communication and care.
Requirements
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
  • Graduate of an NP program or an accredited university.
  • Board Certification or eligible.
  • Current Drug Enforcement Agency registration.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Ability to see 20-25 patients/day.
  • Limited On Call Duties.
