- Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
- Degree from an approved LPN training program.
- At least one year of experience as an LPN or in a similar role.
