Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Classical Charter Schools of America. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young students. Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Kindergarten students
• Use research-based Direct Instruction curriculum to deliver high-quality instruction
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education with a valid teaching certificate from North Carolina or a partnering state
• Proven experience in teaching diverse learners
• Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, Probability and Statistics, Algebra, and subject specialty departments is highly desirable
