About the Job

As an Account Manager with BraveView, Inc., you will be responsible for managing multiple tree care accounts, ensuring efficient use of labor, materials, and processes to produce desired profit margins and optimal customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tree identification, plant health care recommendations, pruning types, and tree risk assessments. You will work closely with clients to establish and maintain good working relationships, proposing tree care pruning, removals, and plant health care recommendations based on their specific needs.

You will also develop and create full tree care plans that include GPS mapping of trees along with recommendations, utilizing company software correctly to schedule and manage accounts. Additionally, you will complete paperwork and customer requests accurately and on time, creating effective reports and presentations using company templates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 3-year minimum experience in professional tree care
  • A valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken English
  • A positive attitude, ability to follow rules and instructions, work safely, and work well with others

Possession of ISA Certified Arborist certification within the first 6 months on the job and ISA TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) within the first 2 years on the job are highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
