Maternal Fetal Medicine Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our team of highly skilled maternal-fetal medicine nurses, clinical and non-clinical staff, in delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care, with expertise in high-risk obstetrics, fetal monitoring, and genetics.

This is a Monday-Friday position with no weekends or holidays. The desired candidate would have strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate partnerships, a background in outpatient maternal services or labor & delivery, and proven management or supervisory experience.

Flexibility is essential, as the role requires some commuting to St. Petersburg for on-boarding orientation and occasional meetings and trainings. Please note that this is an administrative position but clinical skills are needed.

Who Should Apply:

  • BSN required
  • Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
  • Certification in area of specialty and Basic Life Support, American Heart Association Certification
  • Minimum of two years' experience at the supervisor level

Salary Range:

Minimum 48.10 per hour - Maximum 74.56 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
