Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain dish machine to ensure optimal cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, glasses, and utensils.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, including sweeping and mopping of floors, and emptying and sanitizing trash cans.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including MSDS procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Assist with plating and serving of banquet events as needed.
Requirements
  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
