Your Role in Making a Difference

As a Patient Care Liaison, you will report to the Manager and carry out daily front-office responsibilities to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. Upon joining an Aspen Dental practice, you will engage in a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role.

  • Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy and care, adhering to patient needs, company policies, regulatory requirements, and dental board standards
  • Assist patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing patient records, and verifying insurance and payment processing
  • Manage nightly financial transactions and credit card processing
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Manager

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ethical foundation
  • High regard for time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
