Starbucks Lead/Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Starbucks Lead/Barista to join our team at Fred Meyer Jewelers. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of baristas to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation to customers, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding service standards.
- Store Operations: Monitor total department conditions, maintain standards, and follow through to ensure a clean and appealing store environment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct department personnel, delegate job assignments, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock and supplies, monitor conditions, and remove out-of-code products.
- Marketing and Merchandising: Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising of products in the department.
- Minimum Qualifications: Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed, effective written and oral communication skills, and ability to calmly handle stressful situations.
- Desired Qualifications: Prior food handling experience, supervisory skills, and a trained and certified barista.
