About The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assembling automotive components with precision and attention to detail. Your work will play a crucial role in meeting customer quality standards and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant and cell/line safety and environmental policies and procedures
* Recognize potential safety hazards and take corrective action
* Operate equipment within the cell/line at standard operating rates with minimal downtime
* Perform quality verification tasks to ensure products meet required standards
* Run masters and/or red rabbits as needed

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

* Good motor skills, hand dexterity and ability to stand for long periods
* High School Diploma or GED
* Prefer manufacturing or assembly experience (minimum 3 months)
