Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ReVida Recovery Centers LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with our medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including buprenorphine, as part of our medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program.
  • Conduct physical exams, review medical records, and make medical evaluations to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote recovery and support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in addiction medicine and evidence-based treatments.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help drive process improvements to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee or Virginia.
  • Ability to obtain a DATA 2000 waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
