As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and preparation of our baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

• Oversee the daily production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and packaging.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

• 1 year of work experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
