Salary:$40,000 - $78,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

• Performing painting tasks on residential properties.
• Preparing surfaces by scraping, wire brushing, and cleaning.
• Applying paints, primers, and finishes to various surfaces.
• Protecting areas not to be painted with drop cloths or masking tape.
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed (e.g., carpentry work).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate-level skill in painting.
• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Intermediate English required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
