Job Title: CBRF Assistant Manager

Opportunity Inc. of Northcentral Wisconsin, INC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CBRF Assistant Manager to join our team. As a CBRF Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Support residents with food purchases, preparation, and portion determination
  • Accompany residents on shopping trips and guide them in purchasing personal items
  • Administer prescribed medications under the direction of a physician or as directed by the Supported Living Manager
  • Observe and document behaviors, such as speech production, emotional responses, feeding patterns, and toileting habits
  • Attend to and monitor routine health care needs of residents under the supervision of medical personnel
  • Transport residents to/from appointments
  • Report signs, symptoms, and/or needs of residents to appropriate medical personnel
  • Take prescriptions to the pharmacy for filling and communicate new orders to staff and agency RN
  • Review medication administration records and report discrepancies to agency RN
Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass an essential function evaluation
  • The employee must frequently lift, support, and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift, support, and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Must be caring and compassionate, and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PCW certification
  • Transportation Department Drivers Training
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record may be required based on the current needs of the agency at the time
