Scope of WorkAs a Registered Nurse on our Orthopedic and Progressive Care unit, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care that is accountable and professionally described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. You will demonstrate competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must have an Associate's degree in Nursing and be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required within 5 years of hire. You must also have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek. The schedule includes weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and every other weekend from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
