As a vital member of our Front of House team, the Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Each team member is expected to arrive on time, dressed in the appropriate uniform, and maintain personal hygiene throughout their shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the ordering, requisitioning, and stocking of all bar supplies in accordance with established protocols.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following specific recipes and guidelines.
  • Welcome all patrons promptly, offering beverage recommendations and addressing any inquiries related to our food and drink offerings.
  • Accurately record and process all orders from bar guests, ensuring that drinks are prepared only upon receipt of the corresponding ticket.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any needs or requests to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the counter, back bar, and storage spaces, in line with company standards.
  • Comply with all local and state regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Handle cashiering duties for the bar and restaurant operations.
