Pallet Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Pallet Builder to join our team at Triple C Enterprise. As a Pallet Builder, you will be responsible for cutting boards and building pallets to varying specifications in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand custom specifications for each build project
• Build pallets using a variety of shop tools and equipment
• Operate all pallet facility tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Sort and stack boards or pallets according to criteria
• Keep daily logs of work done to turn into shift supervisors
• Cleanup work area during and at end of each shift

Requirements:

• Experience in wood fabrication and carpentry preferred
• Knowledge of shop tools and equipment, including Sawzall, Pneumatic Nail Gun, and hand tools
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and work accurately
• Strong work ethic and exceptional attendance
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
