Job Summary
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in complex General Liability (GL) claims and possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve environmental pollution issues.
About the Role
This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from home. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist with expertise in Asbestos, Pollution, Health Hazard, and Toxic Tort cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of environmental pollution claims
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve complex GL claims
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Law)
- At least 5 years of experience in complex GL claims, including Asbestos and Pollution cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
