Director of Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Restaurant Operations to join our team at Big Boy Restaurant Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurant operations meet or exceed company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, drive customer engagement, and optimize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide coaching and training to staff, and promote career development opportunities.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or operations leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in restaurant operations software.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
