We are looking for a highly motivated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic kitchen team at Little Nashville Cafe. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be passionate about delivering high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and our quality standards.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a commercial kitchen setting is essential, preferably with exposure to various cuisines.
  • You will need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, as well as possess good communication and teamwork skills.

  • The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
