Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, communicate patient information, and make decisions about patient care

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
