Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Comprehensive Life Resources. As a member of our youth residential treatment facility in Tacoma, WA, you will provide nursing and medical services to residents while promoting their mental wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care and support to residents, including administering medications and documenting progress.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and emergency response situations as needed.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and provide education on medication management and health-related topics.
  • Document all interactions and observations in the electronic health record.
Requirements
  • Current Washington State Registered LPN license.
  • At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Knowledge of psychotropic medications and psychiatric experience preferred.
  • CPR certification and valid Washington State driver's license required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
