At St. Mary's Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis Service Line as a Per Diem Dialysis Registered Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing critical thinking skills and the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide safe, quality care to patients in the dialysis unit
  • Assist in organizing patient care activities as assigned
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare providers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • 0-2 years of experience in dialysis nursing
  • BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association) and ACLS certification (within 90 days)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
