As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review patient history and physician's orders to ensure accurate and effective imaging procedures.
- Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure their understanding and cooperation.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice.
- Monitor patient condition continually and report/respond to changes in status as appropriate.
- Prepare equipment and supplies, select appropriate exposure factors, and implement safety standards.
- Position patients and perform imaging procedures, analyzing results and identifying issues with image quality.
- Enter, transmit, and report scan results.

Requirements- Associate's degree required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
