Role Summary: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are in search of a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic individual who shares our commitment to assisting families in need. This role offers a blend of flexibility and independence, with continuous support and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize appropriate assessment tools and data to create and implement tailored educational programs for clients.
  • Oversee the development, execution, and ongoing evaluation of treatment and behavior intervention plans, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and other clinical personnel through various methods including direct observation and performance feedback.
  • Establish and maintain effective data collection and analysis systems for clients receiving ABA services.
  • Ensure timely documentation and reporting in compliance with all requirements.
  • Guarantee that treatment plans align with contractual obligations and insurance criteria.
  • Maintain organized and systematic recordkeeping practices.
  • Explore innovative strategies to ensure continuity of care and support across different environments throughout the client's journey.
  • Facilitate staff training and development in effective methodologies for working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and promote consistent practices within the organization.
  • Offer consultation for crisis management and critical incident support.
  • Engage in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary.
  • Promote positive community relations and advocate for comprehensive service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including conferences and training sessions.
  • Provide training to caregivers as outlined in treatment plans.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Availability:

  • Flexible hours required, ranging from 8 AM to 7 PM.
  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
  • Weekend hours may be required as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in behavioral health practices.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience working with individuals with autism and their families.
  • Familiarity with early childhood assessment tools and child development principles.
  • Experience in developing positive behavior support strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $45 - $65 based on experience.
  • Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
