- Continuously Expand Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM functionalities and capabilities to strengthen marketing and enrollment outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics, or a related field is required.
- CRM Experience: Two plus years of CRM experience with high proficiency and impact is required.
- Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights are required.
- Customer Service Orientation: A customer service-oriented approach combined with the ability to work well with others is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with computer applications, including Windows-based programs and databases, is required.
- Develop Systems and Processes: Create systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor Data Quality: Regularly monitor data quality, migration, and integration among platforms.
- Coordinate with Departments: Coordinate with marketing, IT, and other departments to optimize customer engagement.
- Train Staff: Train staff on expectations and usage of the CRM system.
- Lead Integration Efforts: Lead, with the support of IT, the integration of new tools/systems to support new student recruitment.
