  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights are required.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A customer service-oriented approach combined with the ability to work well with others is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with computer applications, including Windows-based programs and databases, is required.
Expectations
  • Develop Systems and Processes: Create systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor Data Quality: Regularly monitor data quality, migration, and integration among platforms.
  • Coordinate with Departments: Coordinate with marketing, IT, and other departments to optimize customer engagement.
  • Train Staff: Train staff on expectations and usage of the CRM system.
  • Lead Integration Efforts: Lead, with the support of IT, the integration of new tools/systems to support new student recruitment.
