We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team at Centric Brands. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, training and developing the store team, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and exceed sales targets.
- Train and develop the store team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Partner with the corporate team to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Identify business trends and react quickly to drive sales results.
- Develop and maintain a customer service-focused environment by consistently exhibiting best practices.
- Develop and train internal talent to ensure the team reaches its full potential.
- Manage all operational processes, policies, and functionality related to merchandise management, security, loss prevention, and facility maintenance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a customer service-focused retail environment.
- Proven ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to drive sales results.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures to resolve customer and employee issues.
- Experience with POS systems, including inventory management functions.
- Effective management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $26.00-$39.00 per hour.
- A total compensation package that includes commission earnings, bonus, and other Centric Brands-sponsored benefit programs.
