Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative to join our team at First National_Pierre. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and loan payments, and processing withdrawals.
• Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services, such as credit cards and savings bonds.
• Make sales referrals and suggest alternate channels to cross-sell products and services.
• Build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction by going the extra mile.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and manage risk in every transaction.
• Resolve customer issues and provide relevant information.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or greater required.
• Experience handling cash transactions and working with systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
