Title Processor

We are seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team at Southwest Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing titles and registrations with high accuracy and efficiency.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless transactions and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify data and complete state forms in a timely manner
• Process new car and pre-owned registrations on our dealer's software system
• Maintain accurate records and schedules for tax, title, and license payable
• Identify internal control issues and communicate them to the Assistant Controller
• Reconcile inventory schedules and complete sales consultant payroll semi-monthly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
• Six months related experience and/or training
• Notary Bond required
