- Professionalism: Be a model of professionalism and compassion with serving as an ambassador to this organization.
- Nursing Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Nursing Experience: Successful completion of experience in leadership (i.e., head nurse, supervisor, etc.) for a minimum of one year.
- Licensure: Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state.
- Language Skills: This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
- Health Requirements: Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TS Ts will be administered at the work site if required.
- Certifications: Maintains current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).
