We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a seamless sales process, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and introduce them to the dealership
- Assist customers in making their purchases
- Phone follow up on internet and phone leads
- Assist in organizing vehicle showroom
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price
- Previous sales experience is required
- Bilingual a huge plus
- Strong communication and language skills
- Attention to detail
- General knowledge of motorcycles, watercraft, UTVs and ATVs (We will train you)
- Flexibility to switch gears with little notice
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Comfort interacting with a wide range of people and personalities
- Strong follow-up and organization skills
