Job Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Nursing Care: Deliver exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer individualized treatments and medications to residents.
  • Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with residents and medical teams to develop personalized care plans.
  • Monitor Medical Equipment: Set up and monitor medical equipment to ensure resident safety and comfort.
  • Communicate with Residents and Families: Provide clear and compassionate communication with residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts State License: Hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Completion of an Approved Nursing Program: Have completed an approved nursing program.
  • Experience in Post-Acute Care or In-Patient Settings: Possess at least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
