Medical Record Review Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Integrating data from various sources into Excel spreadsheets.
- Identifying trends and patterns in medical record data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of data analysis principles, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent problem-solving skills. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $25.50 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
