Nothing Bundt Cakes #458 is seeking a skilled Froster to join our team. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful cakes that delight our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality products.

Responsibilities:

* Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
* Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
* Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
* Maintain an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes.
* Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
* Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure Nothing Bundt Cakes standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
* Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, ensure frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift, and wash equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.

Requirements:

* Ability to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
* Understanding of basic units of measurement used in the U.S.
* Ability to perform repetitious tasks that require precise and continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
* Physical capacity to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
* Meticulous attention to detail, ability to work on a tight production schedule, and discipline to adhere to health and safety practices.
* Diligence, organization, and self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize workload and operate independently with minimal supervision.
