Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Captain to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is safely stored and retrieved as needed.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing a helping hand when needed.
• Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as required, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to guests at all times.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests alike.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance as needed.
