Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scopes of work, project budgeting, project proposals, project management, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and developing engineering projects concerned with unique or unusual problems that have an important effect on ECI's performance and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate work assignments
- Maintain liaison with professionals and associates within and outside ECI for technical updates
- Plan, organize, and supervise project teams in the performance of engineering work
- Autonomous QA/QC responsibility in area(s) of primary technical competence
- Manage groups of engineers, technicians, and other project support team members
- Primary responsibility for project budgets and schedules
Requirements:
- BSEE or BSCE and 10 years' experience, or a M.S. degree in engineering with sufficient experience required for advancement as determined by management, or a combination of applicable education and experience as determined by management
- P.E. and/or PMP a plus
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven excellent level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually and on a team
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a high level of organizational skills
