Job Summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in an outpatient setting. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing medically prescribed nuclear medicine procedures under general direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Work under general direction to ensure accurate and efficient completion of procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures and patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nuclear medicine
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in a related field
  • Completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) recognized nuclear medicine technologist program
  • New York State license
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
  • Advance Certification in Nuclear Medicine
