POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with driving sales, enhancing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective selling, service, and team management.

Exhibit integrity, transparency, and knowledge that uphold the company's culture, values, and mission.

Promote a supportive work atmosphere that values diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork, free from discrimination and harassment.

Ensure adherence to security protocols.

Oversee sales and service associates.


EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
College degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of management experience in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be adaptable with scheduling to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Effectively communicates and implements company goals and supports brand consistency through outstanding customer service.

Prioritizes customer service above task completion and clearly articulates expected service levels and outcomes.

Collaborates with the Store Manager to ensure the store delivers a consistent and memorable customer experience.

Works alongside the Store Manager to guarantee that merchandise selection aligns with sales trends and customer preferences.

Maintains store presentation standards through diligent recovery efforts.

Exhibits problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment, exercising sound judgment in alignment with company objectives.

Facilitates the orientation, onboarding, and training of team members to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge for fitting Wacoal lingerie.

Ensures all Sales and Service associates are adept at assisting customers with fitting inquiries in a professional manner.

The Store Manager and Retail Operations Supervisor will oversee store operational procedures, including receiving, inventory management, back stock standards, sales floor presentations, loss prevention protocols, and administrative tasks related to cash management.

Facilitates key Human Resource functions and initiatives within the store, including payroll, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and record-keeping.

Actively cultivates relationships with potential candidates for all team positions.

Conducts regular coaching and feedback sessions with associates to discuss performance and provide constructive insights.

Partners with the Store Manager and Human Resources Director to address employee relations matters.

Offers opportunities for career development and feedback.

Leads sales and service initiatives to meet store performance metrics and deliver exceptional customer service.

Maintains regular communication regarding team objectives and expectations.

Manages the Sales and Service team to achieve company revenue goals.

Communicates consistently about team objectives and sales targets.
