Key Responsibilities:
As a Charge Nurse, you will:
- Coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients across all stages of life, addressing operational matters during your shift.
- Provide clinical care as necessary based on patient census demands.
- Communicate patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leadership.
- Serve as a resource for guidance and support to nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Advanced certification in a relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
