Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Approach customers with confidence and assess their needs and concerns by building a genuine relationship with them.
- Sales: Build trust with customers by answering their questions, educating, and offering solutions that pave the way for a potential T-Mobile sale.
- Product Knowledge: Become skilled through training and development to become an operational, customer service, and sales expert, knowledgeable in finding the right-fit for customers' correct phone, mobile technology, and rate plan package.
- Teamwork: Support your team, keep the store looking its best, and make sure your knowledge of T-Mobile technology is up to date.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, retail environment a plus.
- Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Pass a pre-employment background check (will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all laws).
- Education: A high-school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
- Competitive Pay: Sales $40.21/hour, with potential commission.
- Benefits Package: 401(k) Retirement Savings, No Cost Mental Health Program, Daily Pay, and Discounted T-Mobile Cellular Service.
