Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing memberships, and promoting the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of our products and services, and processing memberships.
• Maintain the safety of our facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
