About the Role

Mirror Lake Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral healthcare services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Direction: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the growth and success of Mirror Lake Recovery Center.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high-quality patient care.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the center, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical Discipline, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three to five years of experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and team development. Strong communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
