**The Inline Group** is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our clinically integrated network in beautiful East Texas. This exciting opportunity allows you to deliver quality medical care with a focus on the patient's total care and wellness.
The ideal candidate will be well-supported by a team of midlevel providers and other staff, providing access to extended services as needed. With a focus on primary care, you will have the opportunity to examine, diagnose, treat, and/or refer patients to specialists, prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities. In addition to a negotiable salary, we provide an excellent benefits package, including:

- 401K
- Loan Forgiveness programs through the state of Texas
This full-time position offers a 4-day workweek with clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. As a Primary Care Physician, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work-life balance. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required. We use the eClinicalWorks EMR system, making it easy to stay organized and focused on patient care.
