Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Coach to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Greenville. As a Swim Coach, you will play a vital role in teaching children of all ages the joys of swimming and ensuring their safety in and around the water.
About Us
Goldfish Swim School - Greenville is a learn-to-swim facility that provides a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn how to swim. Our proven curriculum promotes confidence-building and teaches children to be safer in and around the water.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct students on water safety and proper swim techniques based on thorough knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
- Certificates and Licenses: Training available on site. Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire, with on-site training provided.
- Requirements:
- Ability to work with children, no formal swim experience required, full training provided
- Must be willing to work in the water for 3-5 hours on some shifts
- Saturdays 8:15am-1:30pm or Sundays 9:45am-2:30pm a MUST
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- MUST WANT TO HAVE FUN
- Ellis Lifeguard Certification required within the first 90 days of hire. (We provide in-site certification)
- Age 14+

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
